Students across New South Wales can now enrol in eleven construction courses that CPB Contractors has purpose-built in partnership with Western Sydney University and TAFE NSW.
Operated by the NSW Government’s Institute of Applied Technology for Construction, the innovative courses have been developed by CPB Contractors subject matter experts, including shorter 1-day microskills and 6-week microcredentials.
As a leader in construction, CPB Contractors has a long-term commitment to skills development. The courses have been built using real-world knowledge and cover a range of construction industry-specific subjects, including:
- Contract Administration
- Digital Skills
- Project Management
- 2D CAD Drawings and 3D Models
- Frontline Leadership
- Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Power BI
According to CPB Contractors Managing Director Jason Spears, Australia’s construction workforce is estimated to grow by another 66,000 by 2026.
