A diverse and inclusive culture is a cornerstone at Leighton Asia. Our Women in Construction and Engineering (WOICE) Group members in Indonesia visited our BP Tangguh LNG project in the remote region of Teluk Bintuni, Papua.
The remote location of this project presents unique challenges and opportunities for our employees who work there permanently. Despite the logistical and social challenges, these dedicated professionals continue to excel in various civil works, safety, and operation processes. Their resilience and commitment are truly inspiring, as they navigate working in an isolated area while maintaining high standards of project delivery.
Kudos to our Indonesia team for organising such an insightful and enriching activity, and to our female employees for their unwavering dedication and hard work.
