Meet Selenge Jargalsaikhan – Thiess’ youngest 10-year-service awardee in our Mongolian team. Selenge joined Thiess as an account clerk after graduating university, progressing through to her current role as a certified accountant.
A fan of data and analysis and driving to the BTS’ hit, Butter, Selenge talks about her career so far and shares why she loves working at Thiess.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given and by whom?
I have received some of the best pieces of advice from my dad when I graduated university, prior to starting my career.
He told me to be clear and truthful - the clearer you are about what you want in life, the more likely you are to get it. He also reminded me that careers don’t come with instructions, I need to create my own pathway.
