179 St Georges Terrace

Broad Construction Services (WA) Pty Ltd were requested to manage the contract of the upgrade to part of the ground floor, Level 1 and part Level 2. The refurbishment included a full upgrade of existing kitchenette as well as washrooms whilst other areas of the building and floors remained occupied by existing tenants.

The project was delivered ahead of programme with an overall delivery period of 1 month and 1 day.
