Radius One Central Avenue

Leighton Asia has delivered the Radius One Central Avenue project in Santacruz (West), Mumbai. The project was a premium residential development, in the heart of Mumbai, with a built-up area of 13,218 sqm.

The Alliance Contract included two residential towers, comprising three common basements, ground floor and podium. One tower (New Sales building) had 16 residential storeys with 17 apartments (2–4 BHK) and 1 triplex apartment; one tower (New Rehab building) had 10 residential storeys with 18 apartments (2–5 BHK).

The awarded scope comprised structural works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing and low side MEP installations over a period of 16 months.
