North District Hospital Expansion Project

Leighton Asia, in a joint venture with China Railway First Group Co., has been awarded the North District Hospital expansion project in Sheung Shui area.

The scope of the project includes the construction of the main works for a new acute block, a 20-storey structure covering a construction floor area of 380,000 m², including a single basement level and a mezzanine floor, as well as various external and landscaping works.
